cost

each word
each breath
carries more weight
more firmament
little more to do
tamp the soil
plant the seed
place the marker
the sun so acute
renders to sepia
the rainbow
of it all
the daisies
from the parkway
wept in the luge
lay wilted
as an offering
eight ravens observe
that which has been seen
cannot be unseen
her eyes harmonious
that which has been done
cannot be undone
his eyes abstract
that which has been written
cannot be unwritten
they close their eyes
